To develop a collaborative partnering approach in working towards One Planet Prosperity, working closely with the Scottish Environment Protection Agency. This process would be a key aspect of the Stirling City Region Deal currently being negotiated with both Governments.
To develop a 2050 planning process via a sustainable growth agreement (SGA)working with SEPA. This will inform an action planning process and standard setting towards One Planet Prosperity.
